  • How long is the course?

    The course begins with a Welcome Module and then includes 6 additional modules that spans 8 weeks with a new module being released each week. The 4th and 5th module spans 2 weeks in order to allow you to have time to implement the new strengthening exercises.

  • I don't have a lot of time. I'm worried I'll fall behind?

    The time commitment to complete the course and participate in the recommended exercises will be about 30 minutes a day (5-6 days a week). You are NEVER behind as long as you are continuing to work your way through the course. You will have life- long access to the course so you can always come back to the lessons as exercises as needed.

  • Do I need any special equipment to complete the course.

    No! All exercises can be done at home without any special equipment. As you get stronger or more advance there are some exercises to which you could add a resistance band or weights but they are not needed.

  • I'm pregnant, is this course good for me?

    YES! All this information will help you during pregnancy and into your postpartum phase.

  • I've never had children. Is this course good for me?

    We will have weekly live Q&A sessions on Fridays around 11:30 CST. If you can not make the live session you can pre-submit questions and the Q&A session will be recorded and posted for viewing at your leisure.

  • How do I view the course?

    The course is hosted on Thinkific. You will create a Thinkific login and be able to view the course on any computer or mobile device. The course is released one module at a time to prevent any overwhelming feelings.
